Notice of Acceptance: January 5, 2012If you were approved for a presentation and or a poster display your Final Publication-Ready Papers Due: April 25, 2012. The final paper deadline has been extended to May 16th.
Submit final paper
Visit the Paper Management System.
Authors of accepted abstracts are encouraged to submit 10-12 page final papers for publication in the conference proceedings. All final papers need to be uploaded to the paper management system by April 25, 2012. To submit your final paper, please visit the paper management system. After April25, 2012 no changes can be made to the paper. Please follow the paper format guidelines and all copyright and permissions requirements.
Please follow the paper formatting guidelines closely. The proceedings will be copyrighted and published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. It is the author’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions or approvals from employers, project owners, or clients prior to submission of the final paper for publication. Material included in your submission which is from previously published sources, including the Internet, may require permission from the copyright holder of that publication or website. It is the author’s responsibility to obtain the permission for reuse of this material and include the appropriate credit information in the paper.
Please Note: Whomever uploads the abstracts is the same person who will need to upload the final paper if accepted.
Allowable file types are Word 2003 (doc.)/2007 (.docx) or rft. Files.
NOTE: PDF files are not allowed.
All expenses related to preparing and presenting the paper, including camera-ready manuscripts and illustrations, registration fees and travel costs are the responsibility of the authors and co-authors.
If you know you are not able to attend the conference and make the presentation please do not submit a proposal.

Final papers are not required to make your presentation during your scheduled session.
